RAPID RTC, the market leading digital lead management software provider, has announced a new partnership with Kia Motors (UK) Limited to implement its RAPID RTC Lead Manager solution throughout the brand’s 190-strong dealer network.

Already, 35 of Kia’s retailers are working with RAPID RTC and now all of the Korean brand’s nationwide network will be able to access this innovative digital lead management platform, enhancing their current e-lead solution.

After a remarkable performance in 2019, when Kia delivered more than 97,300 new vehicles to customers, the company decided to partner with RAPID RTC to help dealers deliver an enhanced service to the growing number of motorists attracted to the brand’s high-quality range of products including the 2019 What Car? Car of the Year battery-electric e-Niro and its growing range of hybrid and plug-in eco vehicles.

RAPID RTC’s flagship Lead Manager tool ensures 100% of all online enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner, empowering salespeople to deliver the best first impression in the industry. As a result it will enable Kia Motors UK‘s retailers to maximise their digital lead management process. Service and guidance will be provided by RAPID RTC’s UK-based Dealer Care team who will be on hand to help Kia Motors UK’s retailers get the most out of the platform.

Kia Motors UK is joining RAPID RTC’s existing client portfolio made up of several of the world’s best recognised automotive brands. Working with more than 3,500 clients internationally, RAPID RTC now has presence across three continents.
